Partner Background: Concord Solutions works closely with SAP.
Concord Solutions delivers end-to-end local and global enterprise solutions,
including package evaluation and selection, implementation, production
support, upgrades and performance-enhancing extensions like supply
chain, APO, PLM, BW and Human resources. Two years ago
Concord Solutions partnered with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail and focused
their efforts in the retail and hospitality industry.
The Vision: Concord Solutions
vision is to be the premier Microsoft Dynamics partner in the hospitality
industry. To provide an end to end solutions to multi unit restaurant
companies with a 360 degrees view of their financial, supply chain and
customer base.
Customer Background; M Crowd Restaurant Group operates 23 restaurants under
four concept names – Mi Cocina (16 restaurants), Taco Diner (5 Restaurants),
The Mercury, and The Mercury Chophouse.
The Solution: M Crowd was using MAS 200 for their financial systems
including G/L, Procure to Pay, Banking and Sage FAS for their fixed assets.
M Crowd wanted to bring their
details sales lines from their existing Aloha POS system into their ERP to
analyse their sales, tax, food and labor cost.
M Crowd hired Concord
Solutions, LLC and based on the business process requirements Concord
Solutions recommended Microsoft Dynamics LS Hospitality and NAV. It was
determined that LS Hospitality and NAV can satisfy most the business requirements and reporting analysis
of M Crowd.
